PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This 1990s home enjoyed a complete interior and exterior renovation and remodel. Together with the designer, Alpine Summit Homes transformed the look and feel to create spaces that flow easily throughout the main level.
The family room floor was raised to match the rest of the main level and create a safe place for everyone to gather. Custom walk-through wine bar cabinetry was installed in the dining room and den to define both areas with elegance and style. The owner’s suite received an extensive remodel, which created more functional space while adding a mixture of modern and contemporary finishes.
All the doors, trim, windows, siding and lighting throughout the home were also replaced to provide a new contemporary look. Custom cabinetry was designed to be eye-catching. Though when everyone is together, the family is the true centerpiece.
