The Stoneridge Project was a 900 square foot custom-built garage. From the split roof to the stucco finish, the garage was designed to mimic the 1980’s features of our client’s home.
The biggest challenge for this project was the steep slope. Even though our client had over 3 acres of land, only about 10% of the property was actually flat. In order to preserve the existing flat areas, we built the garage off the side of the driveway over a hillside. The concrete and steel beam foundation was built 15 feet below the floor of the garage.
The interior of the garage does not contain any interior posts, allowing room for cars and a workshop area.
